Overview
Rio Camarro? Yes, I heard that is the town at the hills far west of Anchor's End. A dead town, due to some giant lobsters or something. The path towards that area is also full of troubles, with ruined villages and failed hamlets here and there.
I know there are several people tries to reestablish the town and secures the path, I heard there have been some deals between one division of the Order, a pair of secretary from the new mercenary group, and that eccentric trader from Osirion or somewhere; I heard she has a lucrative slave trade.
Yeah, I am not sure what are they planning actually, for a hefty troubles and not so much of a place.
Well, Rio Camarro? I heard that Solomon City is established somewhere there. They have those silver, copper, gold, tin, copper, bronze, coal, weird leather, animal scales, and produces good arms, especially steel weapons and armors. I tell you what is strange now: It has the Law of Iomedae, run by Hell Knights, blessed by Shelyn, and many followers of Desna at every corner of the city. Yep.

{Location and Travel}
Rio Camarro is located far west, near the Fiery Volcano. On foot it could take four days to travel there, but riding horse or fast ship could lessen it by two days. There are not much to forage however.

There have been rumors about weird giant lobsters rampaging the place back then, but conflicting reports are too abundant. One thing for sure, there are many unnatural monsters along the way.

{Ruined Hamlets}
Some would say that there were hamlets along the way to the decimated town, so if you just follow the ruins westward you'd arrive. But each of those places is said to have been reclaimed by nature-- or monsters.

Rumors have it that Rio Camarro lacks natural resources, and was not a place that produces Marble. However, there were reports of indigenous tribes of halflings and humans living nearby, but before the mountainous area. The mountainous area is cold, so it is better to bring that winter outfit.

From the rumors whispered, it seems that there are dangerous aberrations and undeads plaguing the area. No one really knows where did they come from, but it seems that they are quite deadly.

Despite the many beautiful ladies spearheading the project, it seems not many people willing to take the risk. Lady Thalaj is well known for the volatility of her mood, in addition to her slave trade. The Orchid Division has never made any name, and the 'Unmasked Hell Knight' is known for failure, with the meager Armigers sisterhood.

{Ruined Hamlets}
There have been rumors about the villagers are scattered, possibly hiding at the wilderness. However, it is a low chance that they have many survivors.

There have been whispered hints of the mountainous area is rich with silver, gold, iron, and other metals. Further, there are also rumors regarding vast Darklands under the mountains, which guarded ancient arcane lore.

From the sources closer to the sponsors, it seems that Lady Thalaj has a certain zeal with the Slave Trade. Also, it seems the Orchid Division has other concerns on why they try hard to re-establish the town of Rio Camarro. However, the details eluded even the sharpest rumormongers.
